Tripti P. has extensive work experience in the field of technical writing and content operations. Tripti started their career as a Senior Trainer at The Writers Block in 2007. Tripti then worked as an Information Development Specialist at SAP Labs in 2009. In 2010, they joined Zoho Corporation as a Technical Writer. Tripti then moved on to ACS, a XEROX Company, where they served as a Senior Technical Writer from 2011 to 2013. Tripti then worked as a Lead Technical Writer at Harman Connected Services from 2013 to 2016. There, they were responsible for writing and editing documentation for clients and providing feedback and mentorship to junior writers. Tripti's most recent role is at HackerEarth, where they have held positions as a Technical Editor from 2016 to 2019, Senior Content Manager from 2019 to 2021, and currently as the Director of Content Operations and Strategy. In their current position, they handle end-to-end technical content operations, manages teams, coordinates work between internal and external teams, and oversees delivery management and process development. Additionally, they collaborate with various departments to develop project schedules and tracks metrics.
