Connie Lewis

Connie Lewis is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and program management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for EMEA & APAC at HackerOne since December 2018, Connie has progressed through roles such as Senior Manager and Program Manager, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and improving the overall customer experience. Prior to HackerOne, Connie held positions at Rackspace, including Customer Experience Representative and Implementation Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing customer interactions and executing large implementations. Additional experience includes roles at Mondelēz International, Kraft Foods Group, and Cadbury plc., where Connie was involved in project management, administrative support, and reporting. Connie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Buckinghamshire New University and A Levels in Business, Psychology, and Sport & PE from Swakeleys School for Girls.
