Mike Fitzgerald

Mike FitzGerald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving as Director of Customer Success for EMEA, APJ, and GC at SUSE since December 2020. FitzGerald has been instrumental in developing and expanding the customer success team and program in these regions, leveraging previous experience as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at SUSE, where significant achievements included securing multi-million Euro renewals and driving a major global project. Prior roles include establishing the customer success function at Confluent for Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa, and various managerial positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP Software, where FitzGerald managed strategic accounts and partner alliances. FitzGerald holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Hull.
