Micaela Pierce

Micaela Pierce is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of GTM Systems at HackerOne since September 2025. Previously, Micaela held the position of Senior Director of Technology at Redesign Health, where significant contributions included guiding the technology strategy and executing transformative pivots, as well as implementing a software procurement tool that resulted in over $400K in cost savings. Micaela's tenure at Redesign Health also featured the establishment of critical programs such as CRM and ERP, development of an enterprise product roadmap, and preparation for IPO and compliance standards. Prior roles at Point B involved managing an Enterprise Product Roadmap and employing agile principles for custom solutions, while earlier positions included key operational roles at Capria Ventures and Grameen Foundation. Micaela holds a BA in Global Health and Economics from UC San Diego and an MS in Information Management, focusing on Product Management and Data Science, from the University of Washington.
