Anushka Sankaran

Anushka Sankaran is a technical project manager and software engineer at Disruption Lab at Gies, where responsibilities include developing an LLM-based RAG system for tagging UIUC funds and streamlining donor workflows. As iOS Subteam Lead and Full Stack iOS Developer at HackIllinois, Anushka oversees the development and maintenance of the HackIllinois iOS mobile application. In addition to work with Hack4Impact and PURE, Anushka is involved in software development for nonprofits and has gained experience as a STEP intern at Google, focusing on client billing systems. Anushka is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, following a high school diploma from Saratoga High School.
