Simone Yard is an experienced professional in growth, community building, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the VP of Growth and Community at Hacking HR since February 2025, Simone is responsible for driving membership sales, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing revenue growth while expanding the Hacking HR community through value-driven initiatives. As a Co-Founder of SAmit Tech Inc. since April 2022, Simone provides comprehensive tech solutions for entrepreneurs, including website creation and digital marketing. Previous roles include Manager of Talent Acquisition at Mastercard from August 2022 to January 2024, where Simone handled full-cycle recruiting for the Data and Services business unit, and Sr. Technical Talent Acquisition Partner at Collibra from October 2021 to August 2022, specializing in talent acquisition in a tech-focused environment. Additionally, Simone worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Boomi in August 2021, supporting the Inside Sales business units.
