Foster Awintiti Akugri has had a long and successful career in the technology and finance industries. In 2015, they founded and served as a board member of the Hacklab Foundation, an international nonprofit organization headquartered in Ghana with a focus on technology education and skills development. In 2019, they became the Managing Partner of Playmud Consult, a management consulting firm. In 2020, they were appointed as a Committee Member (Social Finance Taskforce) of Social Economy Through Social Inclusion (SETSI) and as an Adjunct Lecturer at Simon Page College of Marketing. In 2021, they joined Stanbic Bank Ghana as Manager, Youth Banking & SBIncubator, Allianz as a Fellow - Next Fellowship Initiative, and BlueCrest University College as an Advisory Board Member. In 2022, they joined Chopbox as a Board Member, and in 2023 they joined MyHealthCop Ghana as a Board Member.
