Katie Hiller is an experienced professional in patient financial services and healthcare administration. Currently serving as the Patient Financial Services Manager at Hackley Community Care since November 2015, Katie has held various roles, including Billing Specialist and Quality Care Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as a Patient Access Specialist at Holland Hospital, where responsibilities involved patient registration and training for system implementations. Earlier in Katie's career, roles at Dawlen Corporation included answering phones, data entry, and maintaining documentation. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from Baker College of Muskegon and a Phlebotomy Certificate from Baker College of Jackson.
