Teresa Jones

Teresa Jones has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Special Programs Coordinator at Hackley Community Care Center since April 2000. In this role, Teresa works closely with the Department of Health and Human Services to assist clients with Medicaid and food assistance applications, reviews Sliding Fee Scale Applications, prepares for audits, and conducts outreach to enhance service navigation. Teresa also assesses and enrolls individuals in the Affordable Care Act, maintains accurate records, and implements board-approved policies. Additionally, Teresa has managed the Muskegon County BCCCNP and WISE Women programs, overseeing scheduling, database management, and patient records. Prior to this, Teresa gained clerical support experience at Mercy Health Partners from January 1999 to October 2005, where responsibilities included database entry, medical records management, patient intake, and departmental operations.
