Ryan Parangi

Ryan Parangi currently serves as an Associate in Investments at Hackman Capital Partners, LLC since October 2023. Previously, Ryan held the position of Strategic Advisor at Lightyear Strategies from July 2021 to October 2023 and completed a Summer Associate role at The TCW Group focused on the TCW Special Purpose Acquisition Corp in summer 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Investment Banking Associate and Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions at BMO Capital Markets from July 2016 to July 2021, and as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Mizuho Bank in 2015. Ryan began the professional journey as a Summer Business Analyst at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management in 2014. Educational credentials include an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business (2023) and a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Emory University (2016), in addition to a study abroad program at Universidad de Salamanca in 2008 focusing on Spanish Language and Literature.
