Jessica Lubin

Jessica Lubin is the Director of Health Transformation, Partnerships & Networks at Hackney CVS. Jessica has over seven years of experience working in the health and social care sector in a variety of roles. Jessica has a proven track record of delivering successful projects and has a keen interest in improving health outcomes for vulnerable people.

Jessica started their career as a Strategy Analyst at the Good Governance Institute. Jessica was responsible for conducting research, developing workplans, facilitation of workshops and interviews, presentations, report writing and quality assurance. Jessica then moved into a Consultant role where they were responsible for managing health-related improvement projects including CQC preparedness, risk management, quality governance, council of governor and board development. Jessica was also responsible for coordinating a team of 13 consultants and ensuring quality outputs and outcomes to time and budget.

In 2016, Jessica left the Good Governance Institute to take on the role of Stroke Service Manager at Manor Gardens Welfare Trust. In this role, Jessica was responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to stroke patients and their families. Jessica was also responsible for developing and implementing new service improvement initiatives. After two years in this role, Jessica left to take on a new challenge as Recruitment Coordinator at Morgan Stanley.

In 2015, Jessica took on a Project Manager Intern role at Advinia Home Care. This was a 6-month internship where they gained experience in managing care home project delivery. Following their internship, Jessica was offered

Jessica Lubin has a Master's degree in Global Health and Development from UCL, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham.

They work with Susan Masters - Director, Health Transformation, Policy & Neighbourhoods, Monique Smith - Programme Assistant, Executive Assistant to CEO & Programme Development Officer, and Mohammed Mansour - Head of VCS Development. Jessica Lubin reports to Tony Wong, CEO & Connect Hackney Programme Director.
