Jonathan Bowden is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in retail property investment, management, leasing, and development. As a Senior Brokerage Associate at Hackney Real Estate Partners since June 2016, Jonathan has contributed to the management of over 6 million square feet of retail and mixed-use properties in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Prior to this role, Jonathan served as the Director of Leasing at The Covington Company from September 2012 to May 2016, enhancing leasing strategies for a company renowned for its long-standing presence in the market. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
