Lara Werwa

Lara Werwa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management within various organizations. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Hadassah since January 2019, Lara previously worked as a Training Consultant for the Women's League for Conservative Judaism, where responsibilities included designing and leading seminars and workshops. Additional roles include Administrative Manager at Hadassah Northern New Jersey, Executive Assistant at Congregation Agudath Israel, and Executive Assistant and Content Manager at Temple B'nai Or. Earlier in their career, Lara held significant positions such as Assistant Membership Director at the Jewish Community Alliance and Program Director for the Create A Jewish Legacy initiative at the Jewish Community Foundation of North East Florida, successfully raising substantial funds. Lara's career also includes experience in sales and retail management, with a BA degree from the University of Arizona and training from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting.
