Naomi J. Brunnlehrman has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Naomi J. has worked as the Director of PRAZE Division at Hadassah since 2013, where they have successfully launched and managed various national programs and collaborated with other departments. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the Executive Director of the Jewish Deaf (and Hard-of-Hearing) Resource Center, starting in 1996. Naomi J. also worked as a freelance Hebrew to ASL interpreter during the same time. Before their work in the non-profit sector, Naomi served as the Director of Educational Services at DOROT in 2013. Prior to that, they were the Director of Job Placement Services at NY Society for the Deaf from 1993 to 1997. In the early years of their career, Naomi worked as a Computer Consultant and Software Conversion Specialist for various software companies from 1988 to 1993. Naomi J. also worked as an Assistant Vice President at KeyCorp from 1983 to 1988.

Naomi J. Brunnlehrman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Communications from the University at Albany, SUNY from 1979 to 1983. Later, from 1995 to 2005, they pursued an Interdisciplinary Studies Master's degree at JTS. Additionally, Naomi attended the RID Accredited ASL/English Interpreter Training Program at LaGuardia Community College, though the start and end years are unknown. In this program, they focused on the ASL/English Interpreting Program field of study.
