Paul Wynne

Paul Wynne is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, currently serving as a Partner at Hadef & Partners since May 2014. Prior to this role, Paul worked at Arthur Cox from February 2007 to April 2014, initially as a Trainee Solicitor and progressing to the position of Associate, where a significant focus was on the Corporate M&A department. Paul's expertise includes a diverse range of legal matters, bolstered by a six-month secondment with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Dublin. Paul holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Dublin and a Diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
