Previously, Tanuja served as the Head of Governance at ADNOC Group, overseeing corporate governance compliance and providing strategic advice on regulatory matters. Tanuja's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), where roles ranged from Senior Vice President - Legal to Company Secretary, focusing on legal and regulatory advice, legislative drafting, and corporate governance. Tanuja's earlier career involved roles in government policy development and commercial law, complemented by academic qualifications in law and pharmacology from the University of Sydney, and chartered governance certification.
