Rejane Torres has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. In 2021, they began working as an Executive Assistant and Talent Acquisition Manager for Hadley Designs. Prior to that, they were a Social Media Manager and Virtual Assistant for RT Virtual Solutions (2020). From 2018 to 2019, they were a Human Resource Manager for HongKong Shawn Technology Ltd. Phil Branch and an Executive Assistant for HongKong Shawn Technology Ltd - Philippine Branch. From 2012 to 2018, they were an Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Specialist for ABC360. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Nurse Fellow for Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center.

Rejane Torres holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Louis University (PH) and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Benguet State University.
