Klaas Meinke

Klaas Meinke has gained diverse work experience in machine learning engineering and data automation. Klaas started their career as a Technical Team Member at Da Vinci Satellite from September 2019 to June 2020. Subsequently, they worked as an Owner and Webmaster at aerostudents.com from September 2017 to June 2021. As a Machine Learning Intern at SkinVision from March 2022 to June 2022, they gained valuable insights into machine learning practices. Klaas currently holds the position of Machine Learning Engineer at Hadrian, starting in September 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Data Automation Intern at the European Southern Observatory from September 2021 to February 2022, where they were responsible for machine vision and anomaly detection for their Laser Guide Star Facility and Adaptive Optics Facility.

Klaas Meinke pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from 2016 to 2019 at Delft University of Technology. During this time, they also completed a minor in Philosophy at The University of Texas at Austin in 2018. Building on their undergraduate education, Klaas then continued their studies at Delft University of Technology, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Space Exploration and Astronomy from 2019 to 2022.
