Armand Latreille

Head of Workforce Development at Hadrian

Armand Latreille has held a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2022, they were Head of Factory Recruiting at Hadrian. From 2020 to 2021, they were Director at Generation USA, where they launched "Gear Up", a 3 week boot-camp preparing individuals with no manufacturing experience for entry level machine operator and assembler positions at STIHL and IMS Gear in Hampton Roads, VA. Armand also worked with experts in andragogy to design an experiential classroom with two mock assembly lines, simulating factory environment and leveraging donated equipment from employers, and developed community outreach strategy and multimedia content in collaboration with local stakeholders & CBOs to collect 160+ applications during the tightest job market in US history. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where they worked on operational transformations in discrete manufacturing processes using traditional "lean" and/or capex-heavy approaches. Armand had experience with aerospace, advanced electronics, and high complexity/low volume machinery, and worked at 15+ sites in US, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, and Sweden. In 2016, they were a Legal Intern at AZB & Partners.

Armand Latreille attended Columbia University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science. Armand also attended Sciences Po from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor from Sciences Po College (B.A) in Political Science and Philosophy.
