Mike McCausland

Mike McCausland is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical and structural engineering. Currently serving as a Tooling Engineer at Hadrian, Mike previously worked at Relativity Space where contributions included designing test hardware as a Staff Structures Test Engineer and leading the Terran 1 Hold Down system as a Staff Launch Mechanical Engineer. Prior experience includes a tenure at SpaceX as a Senior Launch Engineer, focusing on large mechanical structures, and earlier roles in product development at Progressive Suspension and as a Manufacturing Engineer at AME Unmanned Air Systems. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has additional experience from an internship at Honeywell and involvement in the Cal Poly Society of Automotive Engineers.
