Grace Yu possesses extensive experience in supplier development and quality management across various industries. Currently serving as the Sourcing and Supplier Development Manager at HAECO Americas since June 2017, Grace spearheads the development of LCC sourcing strategy and supply chain initiatives. Previous roles include Supplier Chain & Supplier Development Manager at B/E Aerospace, where responsibilities encompassed managing supplier relationships and aligning with internal stakeholders, and Supplier Quality Manager at Applied Materials, focusing on global program management and supplier audits. Grace's career also includes significant positions at Ingersoll Rand, General Motors, NMB Technologies, and Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd, each contributing to a robust background in quality assurance and supplier performance enhancement. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in MBA from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Manufacture and Automatization from Jilin University.
