Renaat de Sutter

Renaat De Sutter's work experience includes being the Founder and CEO of HAEDES since January 2020. Renaat has also worked as a Professor in Integrated Water Management & Environmental Policy at Ghent University since December 1995. Prior to that, they served as the a.i. Director of Business Development at Witteveen+Bos through SIMULAR ADVIES EN BEHEER from July 2019 to December 2019. Before that, they worked as the Director at STRABAG from February 2018 to July 2019.

From January 2012 to January 2018, Renaat held the position of Director International Business & Water at Antea Group, an international engineering and consulting company. From January 2009 to December 2011, they worked as a Business Development Manager at IMDC. Renaat also served as the Director of Environment and Strategic Policy Advice at ARCADIS from an unspecified date in 2000 to December 2008.

Renaat De Sutter received their PhD in Engineering from Ghent University, attending from 1995 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained their MSc in Engineering from Ghent University, attending from 1990 to 1995. Renaat's education history also includes a Latin-Mathematics degree from sjb, which they completed from 1984 to 1990.
