Ande Grubb is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic integration across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Haefele Flanagan since January 2021, Ande previously held the role of Chief Integrator Officer at Trilogy Partners, LLC from February 2015 to December 2020. Prior experience includes a tenure as Business Consultant at Grubbaroo, LLC and Chief Operating Officer at Forest Incentives, where Ande contributed to organizational growth and efficiency from December 1998 to June 2012.
