Saurav Kumar Das

Saurav Kumar Das has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Saurav Kumar began their career as a Marketing Intern at 3M in 2005 and later joined HSBC as a Management Trainee in Sales and Business Development. In 2006, they worked as an Assistant Manager of Business Development and Key Accounts at RentworksEA. Saurav then joined Otis Elevator Company (India) Limited in 2007 as a Regional Manager of Key Accounts. Saurav Kumar worked in this role until 2013 when they transitioned to become a Regional Sales Manager for the Construction Chemical Division at Pidilite Industries Limited. In 2015, they became the Regional Head of Western India for the Projects and Hospitality Division at Hafele India Private Limited. Saurav Kumar later took on roles as the Head of International Business - South Asia and then the Head of Projects, Hospitality, and International Business - South Asia at Hafele.

Continuing their education, Saurav pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1999 to 2003, majoring in Mechanical. Subsequently, they attended the Indian Institute of Planning and Management from 2003 to 2005, completing a Post Graduate Program in Marketing Management with dual specialization in Marketing and Finance under the field of Business Management. Lastly, in 2021 and 2022, Saurav enrolled in the Senior Management Program (1 Year) at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, focusing on Leadership, Strategy, and General Management.
