Justin Kretschmar

Justin Kretschmar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Justin first began their career in 2006 as a Sales Operator at Best Buy. In 2009, they joined the University of Florida as a Teaching Assistant, where they gained experience in research and teaching in the field of mechanical design and dynamics.

In 2011, Justin transitioned into the marine industry and joined Teledyne Marine as an Engineering Team Leader and Senior New Product Development Engineer. Over the years, they took on various roles within the company, including Technology Manager, Strategic Implementations; Manager, Strategy & Application Development; and Senior Product Line Manager - Interconnect. In these roles, Justin honed their skills in product management, strategy, and application development.

In 2021, Justin became the Director of New Business Development & Product Line Management at Teledyne Marine, before being promoted to Vice President of Marketing & New Business Development in August 2022, where they currently serve. Justin's work experience showcases their expertise in marketing, new business development, and product line management.

From 2006 to 2011, Justin Kretschmar pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Florida.
