Pim Kuus

Pim Kuus is a highly experienced hydrographer and product manager currently employed at Teledyne Marine since November 2021, specializing in SeaBat and HydroSweep technologies. Prior roles include serving as a project surveyor at Fugro, where responsibilities included positioning and construction support, and as a hydrographic specialist at Teledyne RESON, leading survey teams and providing sales support. As the owner of SonarLab, consulting for hydrographic surveys and data processing was key, alongside work as a research assistant at both the Bedford Institute of Oceanography and the University of New Brunswick. Earlier experience includes data processing for HUGIN AUV surveys at C & C Technologies and various consulting projects for Rijkswaterstaat. Pim Kuus holds a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics with a specialization in Hydrography from NHL Hogeschool.
