Jens Christophersen

Jens Christophersen is an experienced commercial leader in the maritime industry, currently serving as EVP Commercial at Hafnia since January 2019. Previously, Jens held significant roles at BW Pacific and BW Tankers Pte Ltd as Head of Chartering from December 2016 to January 2019. Jens' extensive background also includes serving as General Manager at Norient Product Pool A/S from 2004 to November 2016, and as Chartering Manager at DS Norden A/S and A.P. Møller - Maersk Tankers. Jens began a career in the industry with A.P. Moller - Maersk, progressing from Trainee to Chartering Manager during an eight-year tenure. Early in the career, Jens was Managing Director at LR2 Management A/S, overseeing commercial management services and strategy. Jens holds a degree in General Business Education from Aarhus University, completed in 1991.
