Ceri is an experienced senior manager with a track record of achievement in senior roles in national government, health and other public services. He retired as a senior civil servant in 2017 and currently works as a freelance consultant whilst also holding voluntary roles as Vice Chair of Shelter Cymru and as a mentor to young people with The Prince’s Trust Cymru.
Ceri is passionate about preventing and ending homelessness, tackling health inequalities, and helping vulnerable people to live as independently as possible. In the past, he has assisted in the development and implementation of primary and secondary legislation, including leading the development of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014, which was Wales’ first ever Housing Act.
Away from work, Ceri enjoys keeping himself fit and active and loves a good book.
