Elke Winton

Elke joined Hafod in 2019 after 15 years within the banking industry, followed by 15 years in local government. She has extensive experience of working in Social Care and Housing, and amongst other roles has led on the strategic housing function alongside statutory and other responsibilities associated with landlord, housing renewal and commissioning functions.

Being passionate about housing and people having a decent home with support when needed, she is also focused on working in partnership across sectors to modernise services and achieve the best outcomes for communities and individuals.

With a Masters degree in Housing, Elke is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and a member of the CIH Cymru Board.

Elke also likes to keep fit through cycling and running, or dancing to music at home.
