Teresa has worked in a nursing and managerial capacity for over 30 years, with experience across all care sectors.
Since retiring as Managing Director of her own specialist residential healthcare company in late 2016, she now works as an Independent Management Consultant, supporting both new entrepreneurs and established businesses.
Teresa is also the Chair of Newport Mind Board, and has recently completed a qualification in advanced Investigation Practice. In her spare time, Teresa enjoys travelling widely with both friends and family, and enjoys an active lifestyle including walking, gym and Pilates.
