Fridjar Molle

Fridjar Molle possesses extensive experience in project management and engineering within the water and hydropower sectors. Currently serving as Prosjektleder and Avdelingsleder for Ny Vannkraft at Hafslund since July 2014, Fridjar has held multiple leadership roles, including Avdelingsleder Vassdragssikkerhet and Prosjektleder for the Vamma 12 project. Prior to Hafslund, Fridjar worked at Hafslund Produksjon AS as Avdelingsleder Bygg og Vassdragsteknikk and as Sivilingeniør Vannkraft Bygg. Earlier experience includes roles at Norconsult, Metalock Industrier AS, and Spenncon AS, showcasing a solid engineering background. Fridjar holds a degree in Sivilingeniør with a specialization in Konstruksjonsteknikk from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), completed in 1995.
