Isabelle Harouche

Isabelle Harouche has extensive work experience in project management and project controls. Isabelle'smost recent role is as a Project Director at Hafslund, which began in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Norsk Hydro from 2017 to 2023, holding various positions including Director of Extrusions Business System Implementation, Project Control Manager, and Study Manager. From 2014 to 2017, Isabelle worked at Statkraft, where they held roles such as Senior Specialist - Project Control, Project Controls Department Manager, and Project Control Coordinator. Before that, they worked at Aker Solutions as a Senior Project Controls Engineer from 2006 to 2014. Isabelle also has experience at Comsol AB as a Support & Technical Sales Engineer from 2004 to 2006, and at the University of Manitoba as a Research Assistant from 1999 to 2004. Isabelle started their career at Threetek as an Engineer in 1998.

Isabelle Harouche has a diverse education history. In 1993, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Ocean Sciences from UERJ. From 1999 to 2002, Isabelle pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Geosciences from the University of Manitoba. Following that, from 2002 to 2004, they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the same university. In 2015, Isabelle attended the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they completed an Executive Certificate Programme in Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management.

In addition to their formal education, Isabelle has obtained various certifications. In 2022, they obtained a Verified Certificate for Six Sigma: Analyze, Improve, Control, as well as a Verified Certificate for Six Sigma: Define and Measure, both from the Technical University of Munich. In 2021, they earned a Verified Certificate for Lean Production from the same institution. Isabelle has also acquired financial modeling skills through the Financial Modeling Foundations certification from LinkedIn in 2020. In the same year, they completed the Business Development Foundations certification from LinkedIn as well. Isabelle's certification in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI was obtained from Microsoft in 2020.
