Grady Neff

Grady Neff is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Hageman since February 2024 and as Founder and CEO of OAKR since January 2024. Neff previously held various roles at Demandwell from January 2021 to February 2024, including Marketing Director, Solutions Architect, Product Manager, and SEO Growth Consultant. With a strong background in digital marketing, Neff also worked as Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Technology Manager at Element Three from January 2015 to January 2021. As a freelance marketing consultant from September 2011 to January 2021, Neff focused on copywriting, social media campaigns, and SEO strategies. Additional experience includes founding Oscillate, Inc., working as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Ke Labs, and serving as a Content Strategist at digitalrelevance™. Neff began an academic journey at DePauw University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications between 2006 and 2010.
