Hagen Inc. since September 2021, Hadhemi previously held the position of Quality Manager and SQF/HACCP Coordinator at Aliments PM Foods, overseeing compliance with food safety regulations and managing quality control processes. Hadhemi's career also includes a role as Sales and Environment Director at ÉCOPROPRETÉ, focusing on supplier management and quality system implementation, and Quality Control Manager at Ntunisie SARL. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from École de technologie supérieure and a Licentiate degree in Biotechnology with a focus on Food Quality Control from the Institut Universitaire des Sciences Biologiques Appliquées de Tunis.
