Pieter Boven

Pieter Boven is an experienced business leader with a strong background in strategic partnerships and business development within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Director of Business & Product Development at The Hagen Project since October 2023, Pieter previously held the role of Director of Franchise & Strategic Partnerships at Frites Atelier, focusing on growth and partnership strategies across Western Europe and the Middle East. With substantial experience at Nestlé and Starbucks, Pieter has successfully integrated Out of Home coffee solutions, led cross-functional teams, and developed relationships to enhance market presence in EMEA. Prior roles also include Commercial Director for De Boer in the Middle East and various operational management positions at Compass Group. Pieter holds a Bachelor of Hotel Administration from Hotelschool The Hague and completed an Executive Education Program in Negotiation and Leadership at Harvard Law School in 2015.
