Andrea Stella

Andrea Stella has extensive work experience in the engineering and automotive industry. Andrea is currently serving as the Senior Vice President Group Engineering at Hager Group since 2022. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at Automotive Lighting - Marelli. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as the Vice President of Research and Development, and from 2015 to 2019, they served as the Engineering Director for Headlamps. Before that, they held the role of R&D Manager from 2011 to 2015 and from 2007 to 2011. Andrea began their career at Automotive Lighting in 2003 as a Project Leader. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Tecnest Srl from 2001 to 2003.

Andrea Stella graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Udine, where they attended from 1994 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Liceo Scientifico from 1989 to 1994.
