Carole Colin

Carole Colin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, change management, and corporate communications. Currently serving as Group Change Senior Manager and Group Learning and Hager University Senior Manager at Hager Group since November 2017, Carole has been instrumental in designing and launching Hager University, while also establishing group learning functions and processes. Prior to this role, Carole held various positions at Saint-Gobain, including Head of Corporate Communications and Talent Development, where key responsibilities included developing corporate communications strategies and overseeing learning initiatives. Additional experience includes HR partnership roles at Veolia France and training management at KRAFTFOODS France. Carole holds two master's degrees from EM Strasbourg Business School and has furthered education at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
