Scott Hacker has over 30 years of work experience in the field of design and engineering. Their most recent role was as an AEC Solutions Engineer at Hagerman & Company, where they provided technical training and support for Autodesk Civil Engineering software. Prior to that, they were a CAD Manager at Knight Piesold, where they updated and maintained CAD standards. Scott also has experience as a Senior CADD Designer at Golder Associates, where they designed outfall channels and graded mining sites. Additionally, they have held senior design roles at Matrix Design Group, V3 Companies of Colorado, Matrix Design Group, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., Dames and Moore, and King Engineering Associates. Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and has actively contributed to the implementation and rollout of this software in various companies.
Scott Hacker attended the University of Florida from 1982 to 1985 and obtained an AA degree in Architecture. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two additional certifications. In February 2019, they became an Autodesk Certified Instructor through the Autodesk Certified Instructor Program. In February 2021, they also became an AutoCAD Civil 3D Certified Professional through Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business.
