Jessica Gentry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and recruitment within the IT consulting sector. Currently serving as a Senior Managing Associate at Hagerty Consulting since October 2024, Jessica has previously held key positions as Business Development Lead at Procession Systems and Business Development Manager at Seneca Resources, focusing on Fortune 100 companies. Jessica gained recognition as "Rookie of the Year" at Gridiron IT, where responsibilities included mentorship and training of junior recruiters, as well as account management supporting federal agencies.
