Jocelyn Padilla

Jocelyn Padilla currently serves as the Managing Associate of the Mitigation Division at Hagerty Consulting since April 2023, following a role as State Hazard Mitigation Officer for the NM Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management from January to April 2023. With extensive experience in the military, Jocelyn has held positions including Command and Control Operations Training NCOIC at the New Mexico Air National Guard and Command Post Controller in both the Mississippi Air National Guard and the US Air Force Reserve. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from American Military University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from UNM Anderson School of Management, among other degrees in management and emergency management.
