Jose A. Garcia Cem

Jose A. Garcia is a highly experienced professional in emergency management and security studies, currently serving as a Senior Emergency Manager at Hagerty Consulting since April 2020, where responsibilities include providing expertise in disaster response and recovery, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since August 2013, Jose has also been an Adjunct Lecturer at Tulane University's School of Professional Advancement.
