Mark Kuzma

Mark Kuzma serves as Vice President and Senior Counsel at Hagerty, where responsibilities include overseeing employment and benefits, intellectual property, and litigation, as well as leading significant transaction work, such as a $212M capital raise and a $3.1B SPAC merger. Prior to joining Hagerty, Mark was General Counsel at Magnum Finance, Inc., managing the corporate legal department and handling a wide array of contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and litigation matters. Earlier experience includes a role as Corporate Counsel at JCI, Inc., where Mark contributed to the launch of a nationwide real estate referral network, and a position as Judicial Law Clerk for the 52-4 District Court. Mark holds a JD from Wayne State University Law School and a BS in Business Administration from Oakland University.
