With 25 years of experience in the legal game, Todd is the guy you want on your team. A veteran in the beverage business, he’s in charge of protecting the interests of Bacardi while growing our already famous family of brands.

Todd joined Bacardi in 2020 to lead global legal and external affairs, following an 18-year stint at the Coca-Cola Company. We can’t think of a more winning combination for a drink or a career choice.

Todd comes armed with business and legal expertise in pretty much every aspect of corporate governance and commercial law. He brings a truly global perspective to Bacardi with international, regional, and country-level experience through roles supporting markets as diverse as London, Tokyo, Shanghai, Atlanta, and Africa.

A valuable addition to the people-first culture we enjoy at Bacardi, Todd is passionate about developing teams and inspiring in his commitment to being a positive and purposeful business leader and partner.

Todd will be based in Hamilton, Bermuda, where he’ll guide our choices on the path to a successful and sustainable future.
