Laurie McGrath currently serves as a Compliance Manager at Hahn Ready Mix since January 2024 and has held the position of President/Owner at Marathon Endeavors, a real estate investment company focused on commercial property transactions, since April 2002. Previously, Laurie was an Account Executive at ICC, Inc. from October 2005 to January 2024, where responsibilities included account management within the Process Design Industry, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards as a Senior Compliance Manager, and authoring a comprehensive safety manual. Additional experience includes serving as the Executive Office Administrator and Global Trade and Finance Director at Process Automation Concepts prior to its acquisition by ICC, and working as a Realtor at ReMax River Cities, specializing in commercial real estate. Laurie’s career began with owning and operating Quality In Daycare for 16 years, managing all business aspects from hiring to health and safety compliance.
