Ed Malaspina has held various leadership roles at HAI Group, including President and CEO. Ed is also a Board Member, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Senior Underwriter, and Senior Risk Control Supervisor. Additionally, Ed is a Directorship Certified and NACD Governance Fellow at NACD, a Reinsurance Education Scholar at the Reinsurance Association of America, a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT at Prospect Volunteer Fire Department, and has served in leadership roles at Holy Cross High School and UNICO National. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hartford, a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Albertus Magnus College, and an ASME in Mechanical Engineering from Waterbury State Technical College.
