Cecilia Desgrippes has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Cecilia has held positions in various companies, starting with their current role as a Customer Success Manager at Haiilo since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Culture Amp as a Lead Account Executive from 2022 to 2023, where they worked closely with People Professionals to support their growth and employee retention strategies.

Before joining Culture Amp, Cecilia worked at LEO Learning from 2017 to 2022. There, they held the roles of Client Engagement Manager from 2019 to 2022, focusing on new business development and account management, and Account Manager from 2017 to 2018.

In 2023, they pursued CIPD Qualifications and obtained HR Fundamentals knowledge, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In 2006, they attended Université Le Havre Normandie, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication Strategy.
