Varun Tyagi

Varun Tyagi currently serves as the International Business Controller at Hail & Cotton since November 2024, where responsibilities include reviewing financial reporting packages and local financial statements from approximately 20 subsidiaries, preparing consolidated reports and budgets for senior management, and enhancing the internal control environment. Prior to this role, Varun was the Manager of Internal Controls at Trivium Packaging from April 2023 to October 2024 and held the position of Senior at EY from August 2014 to April 2023. Varun holds an ACCA qualification and has a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Annamalai University, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
