Tove Dott

Tove Dott has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2009, they worked as a Shop Assistant at Monki for a year.

In 2012, Tove Dott became a Team Leader at Läkare Utan Gränser / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) for a summer.

Tove went on to complete an internship at Mhani Gingi from February to June 2013.

Later in 2013, Tove Dott worked as a Fundraiser at Läkare Utan Gränser / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) from June to August.

From October 2013 to March 2015, they held the role of Recruiter and Consultant Manager at Losang - bemanning og rekruttering.

In 2015, Tove Dott joined Bravura Sverige and worked as a Consultant Manager/Recruiter from March 2015 to November 2016. Tove then became a Team Leader Staffing from November 2016 to December 2017. From January 2018 to January 2020, they held the position of Staffing & Recruiting Manager. Lastly, they worked as a Delivery Business Manager from January 2020 to February 2021.

Currently, Tove Dott is employed at Hailey HR, where they started in February 2021 as an Account Executive. Tove was promoted to Sales Manager in October 2021 and Senior Sales Executive in October 2022. Tove is currently in the position of Sales Manager.

Tove Dott completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development and Labour Relations from Lund University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Kungsgårdsgymnasiet from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued the Samhäll- och företagsprogrammet. In addition to their formal education, Tove Dott obtained a certification in Cut-e Personlighetstest in December 2013.
