Adithya S is an Engineer in R&D at Hailstone Innovations Pvt. Ltd since June 2023, focusing on process management and new product development. Previously, Adithya held leadership roles as Student Convenor for the Mechanical Chapter at The Institution of Engineers (India) and as a Student Placement Coordinator at NSS College of Engineering, facilitating career opportunities and organizing various technical activities. Additionally, Adithya served as a Core Member of the Aero Modelling and Aerial Robotics Club, gaining hands-on experience in drone construction. An internship at Re-Nu Technologies involved conducting an HVAC energy audit, while another internship at Steel Industries Kerala Limited provided insights into the production of cast parts. Adithya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from NSS College of Engineering and has a strong educational background from LIONS SCHOOL KOPPAM.
