Balagopal Ramachandran

Balagopal Ramachandran is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Hailstone Innovations Pvt. Ltd since April 2024. Prior to this role, Balagopal held significant positions at FLSmidth, including Head of Cement Products and Services Engineering from January 2017 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading the product engineering organization as part of the global product business. Balagopal also served as Vice President of Group Engineering at Flsmidth Private Ltd. from September 2012 to December 2016, and spent two decades in various managerial roles at FLSmidth, focusing on product excellence in pyro processing and engineering management. Balagopal holds a B-Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur, Kerala, attained from 1987 to 1991.
